Targeting the KCNC3‐Dependent Anterior Insular‐Lateral Orbitofrontal Cortex Glutamatergic Circuit Attenuates Post‐Traumatic Anxiety

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Frontal lobe traumatic brain injury is associated with hyperactivity of an insular–orbitofrontal circuit in both patients and mice. By combination of integrating functional imaging, cell‐type–specific circuit manipulation, single‐cell transcriptomics, and whole‐cell recordings, this work identifies the downregulation of the potassium channel KCNC3 in ...

Genetic Ablation and Multi‐Omics Profiling Reveal CEP55 as a Key Driver of Tumorigenesis in Diverse Cancer Models

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Genetic ablation of Cep55 in Pten‐deficient mouse models delays tumorigenesis. Integrated multi‐omics analyses (proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and spatial transcriptomics) reveal that CEP55 regulates oncogenic signaling (RAS/ERK, PI3K/AKT), integrin/FAK‐mediated adhesion, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and endocytosis.

Use of Transfer Learning for the Automated Segmentation and Detection of Swallows via Digital Cervical Auscultation in Children [PDF]

open access: yes
Digital cervical auscultation (CA) has high diagnostic test accuracy in the detection of aspiration in children. However, the clinical application of digital CA is limited because swallow sound recordings require manual segmentation by trained experts ...

Bending‐Stable Pressure Sensor Based on Natural Wood Nanofibers for Ultra‐Low Detection Limit

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A wood nanofiber‐based flexible pressure sensor with intrinsic bending‐stable performance is developed through a porous electrospun architecture and interdigital electrode design. The device exhibits an ultra‐low detection limit and stable operation under deformation for physiological monitoring and spatial sensing, providing a sustainable strategy for
