Combinatorial Screening for Europium Induced Defect Engineering in Titania Anodic Memristors
Advanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.A Ti‐Eu thin‐film combinatorial libary (3‐17 at.% Eu) was fabricated by co‐sputtering and anodisation.
