讀若鴻的詩,如繪人生繽紛的境界。詩人憑藉嫻熟的藝術技巧,通過哲理的、凝練的、晶瑩的語言,將才情體現于六卷吟詠之中,我以為從形象性的詩題也即可領悟其審美的情致。  詩人循詩歌的特性力求獨辟蹊徑,糅合古典與新詩的音韻美,特重境界的抒情,以求親情、友情、愛情、人情、國情凝聚于筆端,這是不辭艱苦的探索,有如經歷了王國維在《人間詞話》中所提著名的三境界,孜孜不倦,耐得寂寞,洞察世事,然後從苦吟的深邃境界中走了出來,豁然開朗,照耀于若鴻的詩篇是麗日的色彩。  詩人不僅自己留下“雪泥鴻爪”,而且為詩壇留下了如袁枚所說的“夕陽芳草尋常物,解用都成絕妙辭”。
