Evaluation of Empirical Atmospheric Models Using Swarm-C Satellite Data
Swarm-C satellite, a new instrument for atmospheric study, has been the focus of many studies to evaluate its usage and accuracy. This paper takes the Swarm-C satellite as a research object to verify the Swarm-C accelerometer’s inversion results.

This study demonstrates an efficient recycling route for out‐of‐spec AlSi10Mg atomized powders through compaction and arc remelting followed by suction casting. By correlating compaction load, cooling rate, and resulting microstructure, we show that intermediate pressures (50–80 kN) and rapid cooling refine dendrites, reduce porosity, and enhance ...

Disordered (Fe50Co50)1−xPtx thin films exhibit a pronounced anomalous Nernst effect (ANE) with a strong composition dependence on both rigid and flexible substrates. The transverse thermoelectric response peaks near 22.5 at.% Pt, accompanied by enhanced αxy/σxy scaling, thermal transport, and ANE sensitivity.

Self-Organizing and Scalable Shape Formation for a Swarm of Pico Satellites [PDF]
We present a scalable and distributed control strategy for swarms of satellites to autonomously form an hexagonal lattice in space around a predefined meeting point. The control strategy is modeled as an artificial potential field. Such potential field is split in two main terms: a local potential is used to form locally hexagonal lattices based on the

Plasma patches inside the polar cap and auroral oval: the impact on the spaceborne GPS receiver
In this study, we focus on plasma patches with very dense plasma in the southern hemisphere during the main phase of 2015 St. Patrick’s Day storm. With in situ electron densities exceeding 1.5 × 1012 m−3 at 450–500 km altitude, the patches cause strong ...
