Crizotinib inhibits CD147‐MCT1‐mediated lactate transport, suppressing melanoma growth and immune escape, prevents M2 macrophage polarization, and enhances immunotherapy by reducing CXCL13 via histone lactylation. ABSTRACT Lactate is a vital metabolite in cancer, significantly impacting tumor progression, metastasis, and overall survival.
