Switched-capacitor pulse-width programmable gain integrating amplifier
2014 IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I2MTC) Proceedings, 2014With the purpose of realizing an integrated circuit and knowing that the capacitors generally use less space than resistors in the integration process, we propose an architecture of a pulse-width programmable linear amplifier that uses a switched capacitor instead of resistors.

Optimized Driver Design for Integrated Reconfigurable Switched Capacitor Converters
2020 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS), 2020The design of switch drivers in reconfigurable switched capacitor dcdc converter is characterized by the need of several floating supplies to avoid exceeding the voltage ratings of the transistors used to implement the drivers. This work describes circuit solutions to tackle this issue without resorting to a wide set of large capacitors, favoring the ...

An integrated switched-capacitor signal processing design system
IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 1990A CAD system integrating switched-capacitor network function synthesis, circuit synthesis, and layout is presented. The tool addresses the design of programmable gain, cosine, interpolation, and arbitrary transfer functions in addition to canonical filter structures. Amplifier design is based on numerical optimization of highly accurate analytic models

A high-slew integrator for switched-capacitor circuits
Symposium on VLSI Circuits, 1993A new method for boosting the slew rate of a switched-capacitor integrator is introduced. The enhanced integrator contains an output booster stage which reduces the settling time by approximately a factor of three over an unboosted integrator. In addition, the booster has no adverse effect on the noise and stability performance of the integrator.

INTEGRATED SWITCHED-CAPACITOR FILTER FOR VIEWDATA.
Philips Technical Review, 1983Switched-capacitor filters (or 'SC filters') have been found suitable for making fully integrated electrical filters. Since the signals in these filters are discrete in time but continuous in amplitude ('sampled-data signals'), the filters behave in some ways like analog filters and in others like digital filters.

A high-slew integrator for switched-capacitor circuits
IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits, 1994A new method for improving the slew rate of a switched-capacitor integrator is introduced. A booster circuit is used to measure the integrator input voltage and then inject a proportionate amount of charge at the integrator output. The boosted integrator significantly reduces the settling time due to amplifier slewing.

Switched-Capacitor Integrators Using Single Unity-Gain Amplifier
IETE Journal of Research, 1982Two new active switched capacitor (SC) integrator configurations using single unity-gain amplifier are described. The second circuit is compatible with the bilinear Z-transform.

A Novel Current-Conveyor-based Switched-Capacitor Integrator
2005 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems, 2005The paper describes a new SC integrator circuit based on CCII (second generation current conveyor). The resulting circuit not only has the same characteristics as conventional opamp based traditional SC integrators, but also has the advantage of higher switching speeds due to the nature of CCII devices.

A Low-EMI Fully Integrated Switched-Capacitor DC/DC Converter
IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility, 2018This paper presents a novel fully integrated step-up dc/dc converter containing circuits to improve electromagnetic emissions. This design utilizes current sources to limit the impulsive current flow into the integrated flying capacitors. This reduces the discontinuous pulse currents normally associated with capacitive converters causing ...
