Experimental Lognormal Modeling of Harmonics Power of Switched-Mode Power Supplies
Switched-mode power supplies (SMPSs) are an important component in many electrical systems. As a highly non-linear device, an unavoidable side-effect of SMPS operation is its high harmonics power.

An interleaved non‐isolated high gain soft switching DC–DC converter with small input current ripple
This article suggests a non‐isolated high step‐up interleaved DC–DC topology for renewable energy applications. Two three‐winding coupled‐inductors along with two voltage multiplier cells are used to enhance the voltage gain significantly.

Current Context and Research Trends in Linear DC–DC Converters
With the introduction of switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) in the mid-1970s, the efficiency of DC–DC conversion rose from 60 to 80% and SMPS became a popular power supply solution. However, linear regulators have not become obsolete.

Challenges and implementation aspects of switched-mode power supplies with digital control for automotive applications [PDF]
Switched-mode power supplies (SMPS) convert an input DC-voltage into a higher or lower output voltage. In automotive, analog control is mostly used in order to keep the required output voltages constant and resistant to disturbances. The design of robust

Study of Capacitor & Diode Aging effects on Output Ripple in Voltage Regulators and Prognostic Detection of Failure [PDF]
Objectives: To design and simulate a buck converter and detector circuit which can prognostically indicate the power supply failure. Failure of Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitor (AEC) is considered as the parameter causing the power supply failure.
