A two‐dimensional multiscale finite element analysis framework was established for the first‐generation MoSiBTiC alloy, and the mechanical and fracture‐related parameters of the constituent phases were calibrated through experiments and simulations. The framework provides a basis for analyzing crack propagation behavior in its complex microstructure ...

We consider axial-symmetric stationary flows of the ideal incompressible fluid as an important case of potential solenoid vector fields. We establish relations between axial-symmetric potential solenoid fields and principal extensions of complex ...

Influence of Test Temperature and Test Frequency on Fatigue Life of Aluminum Alloy EN AW‐2618A
The influence of test temperature and test frequency on the fatigue life of EN AW‐2618A is investigated. High‐cycle fatigue tests are performed at different test temperatures and frequencies on the 1000 h/230°C overaged state. Both test parameters reduce fatigue life due to time‐dependent damage mechanisms.

Construction and count of multi-output rotation symmetric resilient functions with 8 input variables
The value ranges of the number of output variables were determined respectively under the existence of multi-output rotation symmetric balanced functions and resilient functions with 2rinput variables.Based on the equivalence between the resilient ...

Symmetric RBF classifier for nonlinear detection in multiple-antenna aided systems
In this paper, we propose a powerful symmetric radial basis function (RBF) classifier for nonlinear detection in the so-called “overloaded” multiple-antenna-aided communication systems. By exploiting the inherent symmetry property of the optimal Bayesian

Do not let thermal drift and instrument artifacts deceive high‐temperature nanoindentation results. We compare classical Oliver–Pharr and automatic image recognition analyses across steels and a Ni alloy to quantify these effects. Accounting for artifacts reveals systematic softening with temperature, while Cr and Ni additions boost resistance ...

. We investigate an apparent hodgepodge of topics: a Robinson-Schensted algorithm for (3 + 1)-free posets, Chung and Graham’s G-descent expansion of the chromatic polynomial, a quasi-symmetric expansion of the path-cycle symmetric function, and an ...
