Multi-client Cloud-based Symmetric Searchable Encryption

IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing, 2019
We propose a multi-client Symmetric Searchable Encryption (SSE) scheme based on the single-user protocol [3] . The scheme allows any user to generate a search query by interacting with any $\theta -1$ θ - 1 ( $\theta$ θ is a threshold parameter) ‘helping’ users.

Parallel and Dynamic Searchable Symmetric Encryption

2013
Searchable symmetric encryption (SSE) enables a client to outsource a collection of encrypted documents in the cloud and retain the ability to perform keyword searches without revealing information about the contents of the documents and queries. Although efficient SSE constructions are known, previous solutions are highly sequential.

Dynamic Symmetric Searchable Encryption from Constrained Functional Encryption

2016
Searchable symmetric encryption allows a party to encrypt data while maintaining the ability to partially search for over it. We present a scheme that balances efficiency, privacy, and the set of admissible operations: Our scheme searches in time logarithmic in the size of the word dictionary i.e., it is independent of the number of files, satisfies ...

Ranked Searchable Symmetric Encryption Supporting Conjunctive Queries

2017
Searchable symmetric encryption allows searching over the encrypted data directly without decryption, which is particularly useful in cloud computing as users can outsource the data to cloud servers without privacy leakage while retaining the ability to search.

UC-Secure Dynamic Searchable Symmetric Encryption Scheme

2016
In a dynamic searchable symmetric encryption (SSE) scheme, a client can add/modify/delete encrypted files. In this paper, we first prove a weak equivalence between the UC security and the stand alone security based on the previous work on static SSE schemes.
