A 60‐year‐old male patient with Grade 2 chondrosarcoma. High‐intensity signals were observed in the coronal (A) and transverse (B) MRI images (T1‐fat suppression with contrast) in the left hemi‐pelvis, involving the periacetabular area but without infiltration into the hip joint.
