Modality specific functional interaction in sensorimotor synchronization [PDF]
AbstractMovement execution strongly relies on precise sensorimotor synchronization. In a finger‐tapping task that requires subjects to synchronize their finger taps to regular pacing signal synchronization accuracy varies with respect to pacing signal's modality.

Functional test generation for synchronous sequential circuits [PDF]
We present a novel, highly efficient functional test generation methodology for synchronous sequential circuits. We generate test vectors for the growth (G) and disappearance (D) faults using a cube description of the finite state machine (FSM).

Heterogeneity induces emergent functional networks for synchronization [PDF]
We study the evolution of heterogeneous networks of oscillators subject to a state-dependent interconnection rule. We find that heterogeneity in the node dynamics is key in organizing the architecture of the functional emerging networks. We demonstrate that increasing heterogeneity among the nodes in state-dependent networks of phase oscillators causes

Bilateral motor unit synchronization is functionally organized [PDF]
To elucidate the neural interactions underlying bimanual coordination, we investigated in 11 participants the bilateral coupling of homologous muscles in an isometric force production task involving fatiguing elbow flexion and extension. We focused on changes in motor unit (MU) synchronization as evident in EMG recordings of relevant muscles.

Time refinement in a functional synchronous language [PDF]
Concurrent and reactive systems often exhibit multiple time scales. This situation occurs, for instance, in the discrete simulation of a sensor network where the time scale at which agents communicate is very different from the time scale used to model the internals of an agent. The paper presents reactive domains to simplify the programming of such ...

Stability analysis of a grid-connected VSC controlled by SPC [PDF]
In the near future a large part of traditional generation based on conventional synchronous machines (SM) will be replaced by renewable generation based on voltage source converters (VSC).

On Pompeiu-Cebysev type inequalities for positive linear maps of selfadjoint operators in inner product spaces [PDF]
In this work, generalizations of some inequalities for continuous $h$-synchronous ($h$-asynchronous) functions of linear bounded selfadjoint operators under positive linear maps in Hilbert spaces are proved.Comment: 12 pages.

Research and Application of Distributed Automatic Test Technology for Line Longitudinal Difference
Aiming at the problems of the joint debugging test of optical fiber differential protection, the two terminal testers can not achieve synchronous control, and carry out the fault test of both sides and automatic test of ratio braking characteristics.
