Enhanced Neural Real-Time Digital Twin for Electrical Drives
This paper presents a real-time digital twin (DT) of the power conversion system used in offshore wind applications. The proposed DT is exploited to identify key electrical parameters of both the permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) and the ...

β‐Hydroxybutyrate reduces neuronal excitability via GIRK channels
β‐Hydroxybutyrate decreases neuronal excitability by activating GIRK channels through HCAR2 signaling, providing a cellular mechanism that may contribute to the antiseizure effects of the ketogenic diet. Abstract Objective The ketogenic diet is used to treat drug‐resistant epilepsy, yet the molecular mechanisms coupling metabolic state to seizure ...

Abstract Objective Levetiracetam (LEV) is an antiseizure medication approved for focal and generalized epilepsy. Despite its efficacy, neuropsychiatric adverse effects (NP‐AEs) may lead to treatment discontinuation. Quantitative electroencephalographic (qEEG) graph‐theoretical analysis has emerged as a valuable tool for identifying neurophysiological ...

Ketogenic diet for infantile epileptic spasms
Abstract Approximately half of all cases of Infantile Epileptic Spasms Syndrome (IESS) do not respond to vigabatrin and hormonal therapies. There is no clear consensus as to the second‐line therapy for IESS. Ketogenic diet (KD) has emerged as an effective treatment for certain drug‐resistant epilepsies and in many cases of IESS.

Applying Structure Exchange to Battery Charging to Enhance Light-Load Efficiency
A full-bridge DC–DC converter with structure exchange is proposed to simulate battery charging based on an electronic load. The full-bridge phase-shift converter (FBPSC) uses an external resonant inductor and phase-shift control on the primary side to ...
