Pressure‐Driven Reactivity in Dense Methane‐Nitrogen Mixtures
CH4 and N2 are abundant molecules in our solar system and are the primary constituents of Titan's atmosphere. Under extreme pressures and temperatures within a diamond anvil cell, CH4 and N2 are demonstrated to react to form a range of compounds, dependent on the conditions and initial concentrations.

Degradation of Glyphosate to Benign N‐Formyl Glycine Using MOF‐808 Nanocrystals
A Zr‐based metal–organic framework (MOF‐808) with different crystal sizes and designed defect sites was employed as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the complete degradation of glyphosate at room temperature. The degradation mechanism produces N‐formyl glycine and hydroxymethyl‐phosphonate. Abstract Glyphosate (N‐phosphonomethyl glycine, GPh) is

We report the synthesis of two novel isomeric derivatives of 5,10‐dihydroindeno[2,1‐a]indeneo (DHI), incorporating a thieno group to reduce torsional disorder. The anti‐C16DHIT and syn‐C16DHIT isomers differ in conjugation characteristics, with the anti‐isomer showing fully delocalized conjugation, whereas syn isomer exhibiting cross‐conjugation.

Fluorescence of Helical Molecular Springs Under High Pressure
A pair of π‐extended [n]helicenes (n = 7 and 9) were selected as model systems for molecular springs to study the relationship between optical properties and molecular structures at high pressure in a diamond anvil cell. Based on experimental and simulation results, the fluorescence properties of these molecular springs were found to be influenced not ...
