Multimodal Imaging of Live Cells and Tumor Spheroids by a G‐Quadruplex DNA Selective Ru(II)Polypyridyl Probe

Harnessing the light‑switch properties of Ru‑PDC3, we demonstrate that it binds to G‑quadruplex DNA within the nuclei of living cells where it can act as a probe for real‑time imaging or at higher concentrations/illumination it can act as photosensitizer inducing phototoxicity.

The Role of Nitrous Oxide (“Laughing Gas”) in DUID Cases and Its Impact on Driving Fitness

A total number of 39 cases of driving under the influence of nitrous oxide were investigated. Plasma concentrations of 0.22 to 17 mL/L (median:3.7 mL/L) were measured in blood samples withdrawn 38 to 144 min (median: 85 min) after control via Headspace‐GC–MS.
