Abstract Schopenhauer offers ‘nature is not divine but demonic’ as a direct rebuttal of Spinoza's pantheism, his identification of ‘nature’ with ‘God’. And so, one would think, he ought to have been immune to the ‘Spinozism’ that became, as Heine called it, ‘the unofficial religion’ of the age.

Safety of upadacitinib in atopic dermatitis in randomized clinical trials across 6 years
The current study found no evidence of cumulative increased safety risks with upadacitinib 15 or 30 mg for up to 6 years and over 9000 patient‐years of safety data in adults and adolescents.
