Drug Repurposing for Treating NCOR‐Related Intellectual Disability
An autism‐associated NCOR1 heterozygous mutation upregulates NRGs and activates NRG backward signaling in hypothalamic GABAergic neurons in mouse models, leading to Gabra2 downregulation and cognitive deficits, which can be therapeutically targeted by repurposing FDA‐approved drugs.

In this study, we demonstrate that aberrant MEKK3 signaling in endothelial cells and microglia drives the progression of cerebral cavernous malformations (CCMs). Furthermore, we identify DPDH as a potent small‐molecule MEKK3 inhibitor with substantial therapeutic potential for CCM treatment.

Although syntactic priming is often studied in a purely cognitive framework, individual differences in rates of syntactic priming may be related to other social-cognitive and sociolinguistic factors. One such factor may be perspective-taking, in that the

Aging and syntactic representations: Evidence of preserved syntactic priming and lexical boost. [PDF]
Young adults can be primed to reuse a syntactic structure across otherwise unrelated utterances but it is not known whether this phenomenon exists in older adults. In a dialogue task, young and older adults described transitive verb target pictures after hearing active or passive sentences.

Controllable Superconductivity in Suspended NbSe2
Suspended NbSe2${\rm NbSe}_2$ provides two complementary routes for controlling superconducting transport. Gate‐driven deformation strains the suspended crystal and tunes its critical temperature and current. Weak thermal anchoring enhances thermal feedback, contributing to multistep hysteresis and negative differential resistance.

Differential Age Effects on Semantic and Syntactic Priming [PDF]
Adult age differences in the processing of semantic and syntactic information during language comprehension were investigated in a lexical decision task in which the target word was preceded by a sentence fragment. Sentence fragment and target were presented visually and made up either a correct or an incorrect sentence containing either a semantic ...
