Enhanced Empathy for English Language Learners: How ESOL Teachers' Past Language Learning Informs Their Teacher Knowledge and Practices

open access: yesTESOL Quarterly, EarlyView.
Abstract While there has been a growing interest in teachers' empathy within TESOL, the various dimensions of empathy remain less explored compared to other fields such as anthropology, medicine, and psychology. Investigations on Structural, Stability, and Magnetic Properties of Zr4Mn4Si7

open access: yesZeitschrift für anorganische und allgemeine Chemie, EarlyView.
This study reports experimental and theoretical investigations on Zr4Mn4Si7, revealing a novel crystal structure (space group P4/nmm) related to the Zr4Co4Ge7‐type. Density Functional Theory calculations, supported by experiments, indicate that silicon deficiency and temperature critically influence phase stability.
