The Structure of Synthetic Fibers
1959This paper briefly reviews the techniques used in fiber microscopy and the types of information obtained. Special emphasis is placed on the problems of specimen preparation for electron microscopy. Two new techniques are described that minimize specimen distortion and allow one to use the full range of the instrument.
