2012 7th International Conference on System of Systems Engineering (SoSE), 2012The concept of waste through lack of coordination of independent organisations into a larger system is examined and an estimate of losses reported. An approach for single organisational structural analysis is extended to multi-organisational analysis to provide examples of benefits.

Elastography: A systems approach
International Journal of Imaging Systems and Technology, 1997We present a review of elastography from a systems point of view. We show that elastography can be viewed as a cascade of two distinct processes. The first process involves the mapping of the distribution of local elastic moduli in the target into a distribution of local longitudinal strains.
