Memristor‐Driven Active‐Matrix Organic Light‐Emitting Diode for Energy Efficient and High‐Resolution Displays

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that memristors can replace conventional 2T–1C driving circuits with simplified 1T–1 m architectures by exploiting resistance switching. With ultra‐low switching voltages (< ±0.2 V) and multi‐level resistance states, the memristors precisely control the current injected into organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs).

Fuzzy logic control of inspired isoflurane and oxygen concentrations using minimal flow anaesthesia. [PDF]

open access: yes, 1996
In order to evaluate the performance of feedback fuzzy logic control of inspired oxygen and isoflurane concentrations, we studied 30 patients undergoing discectomy for lumbar (n = 26) or cervical (n = 4) disc herniation. Patients were allocated random to

High‐Index, Low‐Loss Optical Material Platforms for Ultra‐Broadband Ultraviolet‐to‐Visible Achromatic Metalenses

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An integrated material platform combining engineered SiNx thin films and printable ZrO2 nanoparticle‐embedded resin enables broadband achromatic metalenses from the ultraviolet to visible range. The demonstrated meta‐optics achieve near‐diffraction‐limited focusing with minimal chromatic aberration.

Fuzzy Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Model Through Fractional Backorder

open access: yes, 2023
This paper has analyzed fuzzy EOQ model through fractional back order for inventory system. Here, under function principle, fuzzy entire behavior cost of the model is calculated. The ideal EOQ is derived through median rule.

Photothermal‐Activated Antibacterial Amyloid‐Polyphenol‐Iron Hydrogels for Synergistic Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
We report a thermally triggered supramolecular hydrogel (LTFe) formed by Fe3+ and tannic acid on lysozyme amyloid fibrils. Fe3+ enables rapid gelation and photothermal transduction with an efficiency of 88.56%. The LTFe hydrogel exhibits excellent biocompatibility, potent antibacterial activity against E. coli and S.

A Novel Interval-Valued Decision Theoretic Rough Set Model with Intuitionistic Fuzzy Numbers Based on Power Aggregation Operators and Their Application in Medical Diagnosis

open access: yes, 2023
Intuitionistic fuzzy information is a potent tool for medical diagnosis applications as it can represent imprecise and uncertain data. However, making decisions based on this information can be challenging due to its inherent ambiguity. To overcome this,
