A Ternary-Associating System of Genes
Human Heredity, 1977A significant association is described between genes of the erythrocyte acid phosphatase (ACP1B), erythrocyte adenosine deaminase (ADA2) and plasma haptoglobin (Hp2) systems. Most of the heterogeneity is shown to reside in the ADA2-Hp2 association and in the ACP1B-Hp2 association among persons of type ADA 1.
