The effect of high‐fat versus high‐carb diet on body composition in strength‐trained males
Low‐fat, high‐carb (LFHC) and low‐carb, high‐fat (LCHF) diets change body composition as a consequence of the reduction of body fat of overweight persons. Despite significant changes within the groups, these changes were not statistically significant between the groups.
