The toxicity of chimeric antigen receptor T-cell immunotherapy in B-cell lymphoma: a Meta-analysis

open access: yesZhongguo aizheng zazhi, 2019
Background and purpose: For patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma, conventional therapy is not effective. Researching new treatment technology to improve prognosis is imminent.

GPCRs in CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy: Expanding the Target Landscape and Enhancing Therapeutic Efficacy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy faces dual challenges of target scarcity and an immunosuppressive microenvironment in solid tumors. This review highlights how G protein‐coupled receptors can serve as both novel targets to expand the therapeutic scope and functional modules to enhance CAR‐T cell efficacy.

Synchronous primary pulmonary extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma and relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma occurring after chemotherapy for primary Hodgkin lymphoma: A case report and literature review

open access: yesRare Tumors
Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma is a rare and aggressive malignancy with a predilection for Asian and Latin American populations. While typically presenting in the nasal cavity, extranasal forms—particularly primary pulmonary extranodal natural

Decoding IGLL5 Mutation‐Mediated BCR Signaling: A Novel Mechanism of CD8+ T Cell Exhaustion and Ocular MALT Lymphoma Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
OAML harbors recurrent IGLL5 mutations that reinforce CD79A/CD79B‐associated BCR signaling. Mechanistic analysis of the S47G and A54G variants reveals induction of CXCL10/CXCL11, enhanced CD8+ T‐cell recruitment, and exhaustion‐associated dysfunction, supporting an immune‐tolerant niche.

Peripheral T-cell lymphoma

open access: yesDermatology Online Journal, 2005
A 32-year-old man presented with a 5-year history of cutaneous nodules on his head and a diffuse, lichenified eruption. Histopathologic examination showed an atypical lymphocytic infiltrate. Immunophenotyping studies determined that the lymphocyte population to be CD4-positive, with partial loss of CD3 and CD7, and immunogenotyping studies showed a ...

Oral Bioinspired Peroxisome‐Engineered Probiotics for Modulating Gut Microbiota Homeostasis and Alleviating Cardiac Chemotherapy Toxicity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study developed an oral bioinspired peroxisome‐engineered probiotic (BPEP) by anchoring lipid‐encapsulated ruthenium nanozymes onto Escherichia coli Nissle 1917, utilizing probiotics to deliver nanozymes to the intestinal barrier for reactive oxygen species/reactive nitrogen species elimination, tight junction restoration, and gut microbiota ...

Zanubrutinib enhances CD19 CAR T killing of B-cell lymphoma by inhibiting BTK phosphorylation, regulating PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway, and promoting autophagy

open access: yesBlood Science
Anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR T) still have many limitations, including insufficient clinical efficacy. Zanubrutinib is a second-generation Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor with higher drug potency, and it is not clear whether it

Macrophage Extracellular Traps in Immunity and Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
As a macrophage‐mediated innate defense mechanism, the dysregulated release of METs drives chronic inflammation and influences tumor progression. Furthermore, METs exhibit a functional duality within the tumor microenvironment, capable of both promoting and suppressing tumor development.
