Bisphenol M Induces Dose‐Dependent Hepatic Injury and Fibrotic Remodeling in Female Mice

open access: yesJournal of Applied Toxicology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The safety of bisphenol analogs as alternatives to bisphenol A (BPA) is increasingly concerning. This study investigated the hepatotoxic effects of bisphenol M (BPM), a widely used BPA substitute, in 6‐week‐old female BALB/c mice exposed to 2.5, 5, and 10 mg/kg/day intraperitoneally for 14 days. Hepatic changes were assessed via histopathology,

Discrete components of stress impact trajectories of childhood irritability but not adolescent mental health outcomes

open access: yesJCPP Advances, EarlyView.
Thick red line indicates positive mixture effect of stressors predicting high irritability class. Maternal demoralization, material hardship, maternal perceived stress, and intimate partner violence contributed to the mixture effect (thick borders on boxes).

Hydrogen‐Enhanced Stress Corrosion Cracking of Wire Arc Additive Manufactured Inconel 625 Superalloy in NaCl Solution: Mechanism of Synergistic Degradation

open access: yesMaterials and Corrosion, EarlyView.
Hydrogen‐enhanced SCC of WAAM Inconel 625 in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution. Hydrogen charging reduces passive film stability (lower corrosion potential) and promotes pitting at Laves phase/matrix interfaces. Stress corrosion cracks propagate along Laves‐rich regions, leading to quasi‐cleavage brittle fracture.

Should Paratonia Be Considered a Movement Disorder? Implications for Clinical Management

open access: yesMovement Disorders Clinical Practice, EarlyView.
Abstract Paratonia is an involuntary and variable resistance to passive movement that emerges with cognitive decline in dementias of different etiologies, with prevalence approaching 90% to 100% in end‐stage disease. It is common in Parkinson disease and the atypical parkinsonisms.

Advancing Therapies for Mycobacterial Diseases: From Small Molecules to Host‐Directed Strategies

open access: yesMedicinal Research Reviews, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The global burden of multidrug‐resistant tuberculosis (MDR‐TB) and the rising incidence of nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) infections highlight the urgent need for innovative therapeutic strategies. Current treatments are prolonged, toxic, and increasingly compromised by resistance and limited diagnostic capacity.

Analysis of Mechanical‐Electrical‐Hydraulic Coupled Vibration Response Characteristics of Thermal Control Circulating Pumps Supported by Water‐Lubricated Bearings

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mechanical System Dynamics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The operational reliability of thermal control circulation pumps is significantly restricted by the multi‐physics coupled environment. To reveal the vibration transmission mechanisms and dynamic response characteristics under multi‐field coupled excitations, a multi‐DOF coupled dynamic representation of the overall system, incorporating the ...
