Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

Neutrosophic Sub-Group over t-Norm and t-Co-Norm
This study employs the notions of t-norms and t-co-norms to define a group of T-neutrosophic sub-groups and normal T-neutrosophic subgroups. Furthermore, the different properties of these sub-groups have been investigated.

Combination of t-norms and their conorms
Summary: Non-negative linear combinations of \(t_{\min}\)-norms and their conorms are used to formulate some decision making problems using systems of max-separable equations and inequalities and optimization problems under constraints described by such systems.

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

The quest for rings on bipolar scales [PDF]
We consider the interval $]{-1},1[$ and intend to endow it with an algebraic structure like a ring. The motivation lies in decision making, where scales that are symmetric w.r.t.~$0$ are needed in order to represent a kind of symmetry in the behaviour of

A temporal semantics for Nilpotent Minimum logic
In [Ban97] a connection among rough sets (in particular, pre-rough algebras) and three-valued {\L}ukasiewicz logic {\L}3 is pointed out. In this paper we present a temporal like semantics for Nilpotent Minimum logic NM ([Fod95, EG01]), in which the logic
