Selection for Constancy of Score and Pattern of Secondary Vibrissae in Ta/Ta-Ta/Y and Ta/ + Mice [PDF]

open access: yesAustralian Journal of Biological Sciences, 1977
In wild-type mice, total secondary vibrissa score is almost invariably 19. This score is made up of the scores at three paired sites and one median site on the head and one paired site on the fore paws, namely supraorbital (2/2), postorbital (1/1), postoral (2/2), inter-ramal (3) and ulnacarpal (3/3).

İ’câzu’l-Kur’ân İlminin Oluşumunda Te’vilü Müşkili’l-Kur’ân İsimli Eserin Rolü

open access: yesŞırnak Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi Dergisi, 2023
Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in en belirgin vasıflarından birisi, edebî ve belâğî açıdan i’câz düzeyinde ilahi bir kitap oluşudur. Kur’ân’ın i’câzıyla ilgili erken dönem çalışmaları, daha ziyade onun bu yönüyle ilgilidir.

Electrostatically driven long‐microbeams for low‐frequency applications

open access: yesElectronics Letters, Volume 54, Issue 6, Page 372-374, March 2018., 2018
This Letter presents the design, fabrication and characterisation of an array of electrostatically actuated clamped–clamped microbeams. A large bottom actuation electrode and long beams with lengths ranging from 1 to 3.4 mm are the major features of the present device.

Mitsugumin 56 (hedgehog acyltransferase‐like) is a sarcoplasmic reticulum‐resident protein essential for postnatal muscle maturation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, Volume 589, Issue 10, Page 1095-1104, April 28, 2015., 2015
Mitsugumin 56 (MG56), also known as the membrane‐bound O‐acyl‐transferase family member hedgehog acyltransferase‐like, was identified as a new sarcoplasmic reticulum component in striated muscle. Mg56‐knockout mice grew normally for a week after birth, but shortly thereafter exhibited a suckling defect and died under starvation conditions.

Ca2+‐calmodulin inhibits tail‐anchored protein insertion into the mammalian endoplasmic reticulum membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, Volume 585, Issue 21, Page 3485-3490, November 04, 2011., 2011
Cytosolic components and pathways have been identified that are involved in inserting tail‐anchored (TA) membrane proteins into the yeast or mammalian endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane. Searching for regulatory mechanisms of TA protein biogenesis, we found that Ca2+‐calmodulin (CaM) inhibits the insertion of TA proteins into mammalian ER membranes ...
