Interaction of class III cellobiose dehydrogenase with lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase
The activity of lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase (LPMO) is supported by its auxiliary enzyme cellobiose dehydrogenase (CDH). The catalytic activity of both enzymes is coupled by electron transfer and a cyclic cascade generating substrates for both enzymes – hydrogen peroxide for LPMO and oxidized and non‐oxidized cellobiose and cello‐oligosaccharide ...

Compressibility of tableting materials and properties of tablets with glyceryl behenate [PDF]
Abstract The paper studies the compressibility of directly compressible tableting materials with dry binders, spray-dried lactose and microcrystalline cellulose, and glyceryl dibehenate at various concentrations. Compressibility was evaluated by means of the energy profile of compression and tensile strength of tablets.

Cognitive and Patient‐Reported Outcome Measures in LGI‐1‐IgG Autoimmune Encephalitis
ABSTRACT Objective Clinical outcome measures for autoimmune encephalitis (AE) are not yet well defined. Cognitive outcome measures (CogOs) and patient‐reported outcomes (PROs) may capture the symptoms of AE, beyond clinician‐reported outcomes (ClinROs) (the Modified Rankin Scale [mRS] and Clinical Assessment Scale in Autoimmune Encephalitis [CASE ...

Objective Patients with knee osteoarthritis rely on symptomatic treatments, in which up to 75% of the pain reduction can be attributed to the placebo effect. This effect may vary based on treatment type (eg, biologics vs nonbiologic injection) and route of administration (eg, intra‐articular vs topical vs oral).
