Knotless Suture‐Bridge Technique for All‐Arthroscopic Repair of Proximal Knee Medial Collateral Ligament Injuries

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract This article describes an all‐arthroscopic knotless suture‐bridge technique for medial collateral ligament repair. Its key steps involve placing a medial row anchor and a lateral row anchor, connected via sutures passed through the torn ligament, thereby applying the suture‐bridge technique to achieve secure knotless fixation.

Avoiding Femoral Tunnel Convergence and Graft Damage While Performing Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction With Lateral Extra‐articular Tenodesis

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Lateral extra‐articular tenodesis (LET) procedures have become increasingly popular in recent years as adjuncts to anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. One potential complication of combining LET with ACL reconstruction is tunnel convergence, which can lead to inadvertent loss of femoral ACL graft fixation.

Arthroscopic Technique for Posterior Labral Repair in the Beach‐Chair Position

open access: yesArthroscopy Techniques, EarlyView.
Abstract Posterior labral repair is commonly performed in the lateral decubitus position; however, comparable outcomes have been reported using the beach‐chair position. Limited visualization of the posterior‐inferior glenoid remains a perceived disadvantage of the beach‐chair setup.

Driving Change Together: How Innovative Communication Powers Electrification in the Automotive Industry

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper examines how organizations in the automotive sector respond to the internal communication challenges posed by the transition to electric vehicle production. Unlike typical organizational change, electrification is driven not only by market forces but also by sociopolitical and regulatory pressures to reduce carbon emissions and ...

Photogrammetric Reconstruction of 3D Human Anatomical Structures and Augmented Reality via Smartphone Technology

open access: yesClinical Anatomy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Limited access to cadavers necessitates the availability of digital resources for anatomy education. Smartphone‐based photogrammetry offers a promising solution for creating three‐dimensional (3D) and augmented reality (AR) models. This study compared two mobile photogrammetry applications (Qlone and Polycam) that have been used in modern ...

Bridging Anatomy Curricular Gaps: Leveraging Student‐Created Video Resources in Elective Courses

open access: yesClinical Anatomy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Traditional anatomical donor‐based dissection has long served as the cornerstone of anatomical education. However, with increasingly condensed curricula and diverse student learning preferences, multimedia tools have become vital adjuncts to support engagement, comprehension, and accessibility. At the Carle Illinois College of Medicine (CI MED)

Retrieval Practice Through an Integrated Anatomy Laboratory Experience in a Doctor of Physical Therapy Curriculum

open access: yesClinical Anatomy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Gross anatomy is a foundational first‐year component of Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) curriculum, with limited future vertical integration. Retrieval practice and spaced learning to enhance retention are rarely embedded in second‐year DPT coursework.
