Inferior‐Lead Lambda (λ) Wave Revealing Critical Right Coronary Artery Stenosis: A Case Report

Lambda (λ) wave pattern observed in the inferior leads (II, III, aVF) associated with critical 95% stenosis of the right coronary artery. Percutaneous coronary intervention with drug‐eluting stent deployment resulted in complete resolution of the λ wave abnormality and long‐term clinical stability from 2020 to 2024.
