"Takotsubo" Cardiomyopathy with Pneumothorax.

症例は83歳,女性.胸痛と呼吸困難を主訴に受診し,胸部単純写真にて左側気胸を認めた.心電図上全胸部誘導にてST上昇を認めたため,急性心筋梗塞を疑い,心臓カテーテル検査を施行した.しかし冠動脈は正常であり,タコツボ型心筋症と診断した.本症例は気胸発症というストレスが血中カテコラミン動態に影響を及ぼし,タコツボ心筋症に至った極めて稀な症例と考えられ,報告した.
