Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Overall coefficients are 10X larger for films prepared with metal nitride electrodes compared to refractory metals. New insights

In recent years, Intuitionistic fuzzy set is very useful in decision making problems such as medical diagnosis, pattern recognition, clustering etc., which deals with vagueness and uncertainty. Similarity measure is a tool used to find the closeness of the intuitionistic fuzzy sets by considering the membership, nonmembership and hesitation function ...

A room‐temperature aerosol deposition process yields multiphase nano‐clustered dielectric capacitors containing discrete BaTiO3, PbZrO3, and PbTiO3 crystals. This architecture creates three‐dimensional heterointerfaces that induce interfacial charge trapping and effectively inhibit breakdown propagation.

Data for: Multilevel analysis of integration and disparity in the mammalian skull
Biological variation is often considered in a scalable hierarchy, e.g., within the individual, within the populations, above the species level. Morphological integration, the concept of covariation among constituent parts of an organism, is also ...

The repair and regeneration of brain tissue faces both biological and technical challenges. Injectable bioscaffolds offer new opportunities to stimulate tissue regrowth in the brain by recruiting neural stem cells. Here, the translational issues are reviewed that need to be address to advance this promising new therapeutic approach from the bench to ...

Wasserstein Distance and the Rectifiability of Doubling Measures: Part II
33 pagesWe study the structure of the support of a doubling measure by analyzing its self-similarity properties, which we estimate using a variant of the L 1 Wasserstein distance.

This review examines how in vitro electrical and mechanical stimulation modulates wound healing in fibroblasts and keratinocytes. Analyzing over 560 experimental data points, we relate stimulation parameters to proliferation and migration outcomes, evaluate platform designs, and highlight the need for multi‐parameter optimization to advance targeted ...

Drill String Drag and Torque Test Device Design
The existing drag and torque theoretical model has many assumptions, leading to a large difference between the calculated value and the true value, which seriously restricts the study of the mechanical behavior of the drill string and the optimization of
