Field Evaluations of Herbicides on Vegetable, Small Fruit, and Ornamental Crops, 2000, 2001, & 2002 [PDF]
Field evaluations of herbicides provide the chemical industry, governmental agencies, such as IR-4, and the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station with an evaluation of herbicide performance on small fruit, vegetable, and ornamental crops grown under ...

A programmable 2048‐element circular ultrasound array combined with a compact acoustic lens produces a thin “sound sheet” over a large field of view, and records echoes with wide angular diversity across the ring aperture. Coherence‐enhanced beamforming converts full‐matrix data into high‐contrast tomographic slices, delivering near‐diffraction‐limited

A zebrafish model carrying an identical human RHO S334X allele reveals two independent genetic layers shaping retinitis pigmentosa (RP) severity: a protective 3‐bp cis‐regulatory insertion that attenuates transgene expression, and a dominant trans‐acting modifier that restores a severe phenotype.

Hepatocyte BDNF Acts as a Novel Immune Checkpoint to Restrain TLR4‐Mediated Acute Hepatitis
This study identifies hepatocyte‐derived BDNF as an endogenous TLR4 antagonist that alleviates acute hepatitis. BDNF is downregulated in hepatocytes via REST‐mediated transcriptional repression during ALI/ALF. Mechanistically, BDNF binds to TLR4 on macrophages to suppress inflammation.

Phytotoxicity of mixtures of phytosanitary products recommended for use in maize
The use of tank mixtures has long been a practice in the phytosanitary management of agricultural crops. However, when different molecules are mixed in a tank, interactions may occur that reduce the efficiency of the products and cause a loss of ...

BIORATIONAL INSECTICIDE ADOPTION AND CONVENTIONAL INSECTICIDE USE: A SIMULTANEOUS, LIMITED DEPENDENT VARIABLE MODEL [PDF]
Using data reporting section-level pesticide use for all of Arizona, this study estimates how early-season adoption of new biorational insecticides reduced subsequent broad-spectrum insecticide applications in cotton.

We report a rational design strategy for STING antagonists by dual covalent targeting of Cys292/309 in its C‐terminal domain, directly preventing functional oligomerization. Through covalent warhead repurposing, we identified P005091 and revealed its unique dual‐cysteine mechanism.
