Advanced Materials Technologies, Volume 11, Issue 3, 5 February 2026.FAI precursor particle size and sublimation crucible geometry critically determine vapor flux directionality and deposition uniformity in thermal sublimation processes. Conical crucibles exhibit particle‐size‐dependent beam focusing, while cylindrical crucibles show a much more homogeneous deposition due to de‐focusing effects of the emitted vapor flux.
