Spatially Organized Human Ovarian Spheroids Instruct Endometrial Morphogenesis
A spatially organized human follicle‐like spheroid (SPHEGaT) composed of granulosa cells (GCs) and stromal‐derived theca‐like cells (TLCs) establishes sustained steroidogenesis in vitro. When co‐cultured with human endometrial organoids (EMOs), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P4) exchange induces secretory/progesterone‐responsive differentiation ...

Optimized Lipid Nanoparticles with Tail‐Modified Ionizable Lipids for Safer mRNA Delivery
Systematic engineering of hydrophobic tail architecture in vitamin B5‐derived ionizable lipids establishes a comprehensive structure–activity relationship framework for mRNA delivery. Combined lipidtail and formulation optimization identifies TM1‐OPT3‐C, a lipid nanoparticle platform that improves efficacy–safety balance through efficient mRNA delivery,

The membrane‐active peptide Pep19‐2.5 reduces harmful inflammation by blocking activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome at trans‐Golgi network membranes. By targeting key membrane interactions, Pep19‐2.5 suppresses inflammatory IL‐1β production and alleviates allergic airway inflammation in mice, leading to reduced immune cell infiltration and improved ...

This study revealed that a PEAR1/HIF‐1α/ glycolysis/lactate/H3K18la positive feedback loop in PMVECs that drives the development of S‐ALI. Mechanistically, PEAR1 mediates the binding of HIF‐1α to AARS1, leading to the lactylation of HIF‐1α, the primary lactylation site of which is K172.

Exact Solutions to Task Allocation Problems
Management Science, 2006The task allocation problem (TAP) is one where a number of tasks or modules need to be assigned to a set of processors or machines at minimum overall cost. The overall cost includes the communication cost between tasks that are assigned to different processors and other costs such as the assignment cost and the fixed cost of using processors ...

Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning-Based Coordinated Dynamic Task Allocation for Heterogenous UAVs
IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, 2023The coordinated dynamic task allocation (CDTA) problem for heterogeneous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the presence of environment uncertainty is studied in this paper. Dynamic task allocation mainly solves the problem of resource reallocation after
