Pharmacological chromatin remodeling enhances response to estrogen therapy in ER+ breast cancer

Estrogen therapy elicits clinical benefit in ~ 30% of patients with endocrine‐resistant estrogen receptor (ER)‐positive breast cancer. Spatial biology in cancer epigenetics
