This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effects of rTMS on tobacco use disorder (TUD). The findings demonstrated that participants with TUD exhibited reduced cigarette cravings following treatment, accompanied by a reorganization of the prefrontal–striatal pathway and enhanced top‐down cognitive control.
