Es wurde ein Enzymreaktor mit kontinuierlichem Durchfluss unter Verwendung eines metallorganischen Gerüsts (MOF) zur Immobilisierung des Enzyms entwickelt. Das MOF NU‐1000 wurde in eine HPLC‐Säule gefüllt und mit Esterase beladen, ohne dass das MOF oder das Enzym modifiziert wurden.
