Learnable Diffusion Framework for Mouse V1 Neural Decoding

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We introduce Sensorium‐Viz, a diffusion‐based framework for reconstructing high‐fidelity visual stimuli from mouse primary visual cortex activity. By integrating a novel spatial embedding module with a Diffusion Transformer (DiT) and a synthetic‐response augmentation strategy, our model outperforms state‐of‐the‐art fMRI‐based baselines, enabling robust

Teacher Training for Teachers of Aborigines

open access: yesThe Australian Journal of Indigenous Education, 1976
In Vol. 4 No. 1, Ms Binnion discussed teacher-parent communication with particular reference to the Action Research Project into Secondary Education for Aborigines which was initiated in S.A. in 1972. During the course of the Action Research Project teachers in many other schools with Aboriginal secondary students were asked, via a questionnaire, for ...

GloPath: An Entity‐Centric Foundation Model for Glomerular Lesion Assessment and Clinicopathological Insights

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An entity‐centric foundation model, GloPath, is introduced for comprehensive glomerular lesion assessment from routine renal biopsy images. Trained on over one million glomeruli, the framework enables robust lesion recognition, grading, and cross modality diag nosis, while uncovering large‐scale clinicopathological associations.

Integrating Spatial Proteogenomics in Cancer Research

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Xx xx. ABSTRACT Background: Spatial proteogenomics marks a paradigm shift in oncology by integrating molecular analysis with spatial information from both spatial proteomics and other data modalities (e.g., spatial transcriptomics), thereby unveiling tumor heterogeneity and dynamic changes in the microenvironment.

School Funding Reality: A Bargain Not Kept [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Examines how Massachusetts' 1993 inflation-adjusted mechanism designed to preserve funding equity among districts has not kept pace with healthcare costs and how it affects teachers, education materials, training, class size, and the neediest ...

An Activity‐Dependent NEPAS–PTX3 Axis Links Neurovascular and Myelin Deficits to Cognitive Impairment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An activity‐dependent pathway links prefrontal circuit hypoactivity to cognitive impairment. Reduced PVA–mPFC activity upregulates NEPAS, which suppresses PTX3 secretion, leading to impaired angiogenesis, myelin deficits, and memory decline. Rescue is achieved by NEPAS knockdown or chemogenetic circuit activation.
