Strategic Direct Printing for High‐Performance and Uniform Organic Thin‐Film Transistor Arrays
Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.This work presents a strategic direct‐printing approach to achieve high‐performance printed organic thin‐film transistor arrays. A 12 × 12 printed transistor array with high electrical performances is successfully demonstrated, achieving a saturation mobility of 0.9 cm2·V−¹·s−¹ and a relative standard deviation of 14.4%.

Large Bidirectional Refractive Index Change in Silicon‐rich Nitride via Visible Light Trimming
Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.Continuous‐wave visible light trimming of PECVD silicon‐rich nitride micro‐ring resonators enables precise, large bidirectional refractive index tuning. Resonance shifts as fine as 10 pm are achieved with a cost‐effective setup, demonstrating large red shifts of 49.1 nm and blue shifts of 10.6 nm.
