Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

The need for new approaches to the study of traditional architecture in the process of architectural education

open access: yesJournal of Traditional Building, Architecture and Urbanism, 2020
When modernizing the curricula at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Belgrade, some fields of study have been somewhat neglected, including the teaching of traditional architecture, which is currently studied only at a basic level.

Innovative teaching of IC design and manufacture using the Superchip platform

open access: yes, 2010
In this paper we describe how an intelligent chip architecture has allowed a large cohort of undergraduate students to be given effective practical insight into IC design by designing and manufacturing their own ICs.

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

A Research on Undergraduate Architecture Teaching Approach Based on Integration of Architectural Design and Architectural History Teaching

open access: yesCreative Education, 2018
Undergraduate Architecture Education comprises these two major aspects: architectural design teaching and architectural history teaching. Due to different philosophies on curriculum, teaching methods, architectural design teaching and architectural history teaching have been long separated, which led to a disjunction between theory and practice ...
