Isozyme variation among teak (Tectona grandis L.f.) provenances
Theoretical and Applied Genetics, 1995Fourteen enzyme systems were analysed in leaf parenchyma of nine native and introduced populations of teak. These enzyme systems were encoded by 20 putative loci of which 18 were polymorphic. Populations showed a general lack of heterozygosity (average FIS = 0.11).

Growth and yield of teak (Tectona grandis L.f.) under irrigated condition
Indian Journal of Forestry, 1997A study was carried out at the Forest College and Research Institute (Tamil Nadu) to elicit information on the growth and yield of teak (Tectona grandis L.f.) under irriĀgated condition. The oldest (11 year) available irrigated teak had a mean volume of 0.109 m3 (3.85 ft3) tree1 with a Mean annual Volume Increment (MAI) of 0.0099 m3 tree1.

Teak (Tectona Grandis L.f.) root trainer nurseries: Diseases and their management
Indian Journal of Forestry, 2010Introduction of root trainer technology for raising Teak planting stock has had a major impact on seedling production system as well as nursery and plantation management as a whole. Even though, the new technology offers various advantages over the conventional nursery techniques, there is a paucity of data on status of seedling health in root trainers.
