Technicians or Nurses in the O.R.?
The American Journal of Nursing, 1974surgical specialties, from the staffs of the four hospitals was made. The surgeons were given a list of 10 statements, to which they responded with agreement or disagreement. They also had an opportunity to elaborate on their reasons for agreement or disagreement.
