Hexapod coloron at the LHC

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2018
Instead of the usual dijet decay, the coloron may mainly decay into its own “Higgs bosons”, which subsequently decay into many jets. This is a general feature of the renormalizable coloron model, where the corresponding “Higgs bosons” are a color-octet Θ

Interpretation of LHC excesses in ditop and ditau channels as a 400-GeV pseudoscalar resonance

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
Since the discovery in 2012 of the Higgs boson at the LHC, as the last missing piece of the Standard Model of particle physics, any hint of new physics has been intensively searched for, with no confirmation to date.

A composite Higgs model with minimal fine-tuning: The large-Nand weak-technicolor limit

open access: yesPhysical Review D, 2014
We suggest a criterion to minimize the amount of fine-tuning in a composite Higgs model. The paradigm of this type of model is the top-condensate model of Bardeen, Hill and Lindner (BHL). Although "minimally fine-tuned", this model failed to account correctly for the masses of the top quark and the 125~GeV Higgs boson.

Six top messages of new physics at the LHC

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
Six top signatures provide a novel probe of new physics. We discuss production of six top quarks as the decay products of a pair of top partners in the setting of a composite Higgs model, and argue that the six top signal may generically provide one of ...

A symmetry for ϵ K

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
We show a symmetry that, in the context of a composite Higgs with anarchic flavor, can suppress the dominant CP violating contributions to K − K ¯ $$ K-\overline{K} $$ mixing.

Composite 2HDM with singlets: a viable dark matter scenario

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
We study the non-minimal composite Higgs model with global symmetry SO(7) broken to SO(5) × SO(2). The model results in a composite Two-Higgs doublet model (2HDM) equipped with two extra singlets, the lightest of which can be a viable dark matter ...

Emerging jets displaced into the future

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
We examine the potential of future long-lived particle experiments to probe dark QCD models that feature Emerging Jets. The core of this analysis focuses on the transverse detectors AL3X, ANUBIS, CODEX-b, and MATHUSLA as they cover the most relevant ...

Anarchy with linear and bilinear interactions

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
Composite Higgs models with anarchic partial compositeness require a scale of new physics O 10 − 100 $$ \mathcal{O}\left(10-100\right) $$ TeV, with the bounds being dominated by the dipole moments and ϵ K .

Lepton flavor violation in the Littlest Higgs Model with T parity realizing an inverse seesaw

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
We study lepton flavor violation (LFV) within the Littlest Higgs Model with T parity (LHT) realizing an inverse seesaw (ISS) mechanism of type I. With respect to the traditional LHT, there appear new 𝒪(10 TeV) Majorana neutrinos, driving LFV. For τ → ℓℓ ′

Flavour anomalies after the R K ∗ measurement

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2017
The LHCb measurement of the μ/e ratio R K ∗ indicates a deficit with respect to the Standard Model prediction, supporting earlier hints of lepton universality violation observed in the R K ratio.
