Wir stellen die Architektur für einen analogen Prozessor für Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) vor. Er kombiniert die Vorteile elektronischer und optischer Informationsverarbeitung. Durch Verwendung hocheffizienter Galliumnitrid‐MikroLEDs arbeitet er dabei besonders energieeffizient.
