Technology Acceptance Model Revisited

We propose a framework of an integrated model that can be used to quantitatively assess and compare IT products, information technologies and IT solutions. We assume that the adoption of a technology by an institute is affected by the willingness of a user to use it, the total cost to adopt it and the environmental effect of its operation.
