BLOC: Buildable and Linkable Organ on a Chip
We developed a “Buildable and Linkable Organ on a Chip” (BLOC) that can construct diverse microphysiological systems (MPSs). The BLOC is standardized to the same size and has one of the functions of “Culture,” “Control,” or “Analysis.” Users can freely configure various MPSs, including developing perfusion, cytotoxicity analysis, and biochemical ...

A 64GHz push-push oscillator in 0.13μιη BiCMOS technology
2009 European Microwave Conference (EuMC), 2009This paper reports the design and measurements of a 64GHz push-push oscillator fabricated in 0.13μm BiCMOS9mW technology provided by STMicroelectronics. It achieves -14dBm output power at 68GHz with good fundamental suppression. The VCO has a measured tuning range of 4GHz from 64GHz to 68GHz (fundamentally from 32GHz to 34GHz).
