Understanding the Interplay Between Thermal Activation, Diffusion, and Phase Segregation of Molecular Dopants Blended with Polymeric Semiconductors

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The use of air stable but thermally labile molecules provides an efficient strategy for the N‐type doping of organic semiconductors with relatively low electron affinities. Design criteria for efficient dopants should also take into account diffusion and phase segregation that cannot be decoupled from thermally activated doping.

Analog Signal Rectification and Filtering by a Single Electrolyte‐Gated Transistor Based on Reduced Graphene Oxide

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Ambipolar materials are attractive for the design of low‐power and low‐complexity multifunctional devices. Here, an ambipolar rGO‐EGT is demonstrated as a single device signal processing unit, performing real‐time mathematical operations on oscillatory input signals as well as filtering and rectification.

Compositional Engineering of Monocrystalline Metal Halide Perovskite Memristors for Multistate Non‐Volatile Operation

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates how compositional engineering of monocrystalline metal halide perovskites enables stable and multistate memristive behavior. This is achieved by tuning the halide composition, which affects the defect density, enhancing device endurance and data retention.

OER Activity Promoted by Organic Ligand‐Free Cs2Pt(Cl, Br)6 Perovskite Photocatalyst for Solar‐Driven Water Splitting

open access: yesAdvanced Energy and Sustainability Research, EarlyView.
This study explores Cs2PtX6 (X = Cl, Br) lead‐free perovskites as sustainable photocatalysts for solar‐driven water splitting. Cs2PtBr6 outperforms Cs2PtCl6 in oxygen evolution due to its narrower bandgap and efficient charge carrier dynamics, enabling enhanced light absorption and charge separation.
