Printed Zinc Tin Oxide Memristors for Reservoir Computing
Advanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.Fully patterned zinc tin oxide memristors produced mostly with printing techniques that is programmed for physical reservoir computing. MNIST handwriting dataset is used to program the memristor and a 4‐bit and a 5‐bit cell. In this work, fully patterned zinc tin oxide (ZTO) memristors are introduced using inkjet printing.

Advanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.Sustainable robotics can reduce robot environmental impact by optimizing wear‐prone components, such as grippers and touch sensors, with recyclable materials and low‐energy manufacturing.
