Veterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 5, September 2026.We evaluated the performance of an indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) assay for detecting anti‐Trypanosoma cruzi IgG in dogs using four chimeric IBMP antigens and latent class analysis. The IIF assay showed suboptimal sensitivity and overall accuracy compared to ELISA and LCA‐based methods.
