During MASH development, increasing hepatic stress signals, particularly a combination of lipotoxicity (palmitate) and inflammation (TNFα), trigger JNK, the key stress‐activated protein kinase. Activated JNK recruits RNF8, a stress‐induced E3 ligase, to promote ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of the ChREBPα protein.

Incidence and pathologic studies on liver telangiectasis in beef cattle

In this study, 3470 livers of beef cattle slaughtered by the Ankara Meat and Fish Company were inspected. In these animals, 82 livers had telangiectasis, and the incidence of lesions was 2.3%.

Novel Simplified Nasal Endoscopy Grading System for Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia Patients

We validated a novel, simplified nasal endoscopy grading system for patients with Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT). Our grading (mild, moderate, severe) demonstrated strong correlation with Epistaxis Severity Score (ESS) and Quality of Life (QoL), and showed substantial inter‐rater reliability (ICC = 0.8).
