High‐efficiency ambipolar multilevel nonvolatile organic transistor memory using solution‐processing a sterically hindered small molecule spiro[fluorene‐9,7′‐dibenzo[c,h]acridine]‐5′‐one with donor–acceptor structures as charge trapping layer is demonstrated.

Charge Injection and Transport in an Isoindigo‐Based Polymer Transistor

This study presents the charge injection and transport properties of field‐effect transistors based on an isoindigo‐bithiophene donor‐acceptor polymer semiconductor contacted with thiolated self‐assembled monolayer (SAM)‐functionalized electrodes. Temperature‐dependent contact characteristics are measured and simulated.

Bi2O2Se/Ta2NiSe5 Tunneling Heterojunction for High‐Performance, Polarization‐Sensitive, and Broadband Infrared Photodetector

An optimal dynamic balance between carrier lifetime and transit time is achieved in the Bi2O2Se/Ta2NiSe5 tunneling heterojunction, which simultaneously attains high responsivity (>103 A W−1) and a fast response time (≈5 µs).
